Our policy on the distribution of SDS
- Within Japan
- We only accept requests for the SDS from our direct sales contacts within Japan.This is to ensure that our direct sales contacts, including agencies, can share information. We kindly ask you to request the information from agencies in accordance with your sales channels.
- For outside of Japan
- We only accept requests for the SDS from our overseas subsidiaries (sales offices). We kindly ask you to request the information from overseas subsidiaries near you.
Categories of SDS provided by us
We can provide the following five types of SDS forms to meet your purpose of use:
- Japanese version: We provide the Japanese version free of charge for use within Japan.
- Stateless English version: We provide the stateless English version free of charge. Although the document indicates hazards (GHS categories), information on ingredients, and safety information, Clause 15 of the applicable law is left blank (stateless.)
- EU common English version: We charge 100,000 JPY per copy, in principle, as the issuing cost. This SDS is prepared in English in accordance with the EU regulations (regulations enforced across EU).
- SDS for each country within EU: We charge 200,000 JPY per copy, in principle, as the issuing cost. This SDS is prepared in various languages and incorporates laws and regulations in each country in addition to the above EU regulations.
- SDS for other countries not mentioned above: We charge 100,000 JPY per copy, in principle, as issuing cost.
